An order is confirmed once we've agreed the details with you on WhatsApp and payment is received, or once a cash on delivery order is verified.

We may cancel an order — and refund any payment in full — if a piece is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, the delivery address isn't serviceable, or we suspect fraud.

Orders are placed by WhatsApp. We confirm the price in Indian Rupees (including applicable taxes), shipping and the delivery date with you before you pay. Nothing is charged on this website.

We photograph every piece carefully, but colours can look slightly different across screens. Sequin, zari, gota and hand embroidery are finished by hand, so small variations between pieces are part of their character, not a defect. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and exchanges, returns and refunds by our refund & exchange policy.

All photographs, videos, designs, logos and text on this website belong to sisters by Naincy. Please don't copy or reuse them without written permission — tagging us when you share is always welcome.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur.
