Orders & payment
Add pieces to your bag and send it to us on WhatsApp, or tap “Enquire on WhatsApp” on any product. We reply personally with the price, availability and delivery dates.
Prices are shared on request — message us and we'll reply with the price along with sizing help for the piece you love.
Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, we share the payment options with you directly. Nothing is charged on this website.
No — there are no accounts. Ordering happens on WhatsApp, and your bag and wishlist are saved on your device.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping depends on where you are and is confirmed with you on WhatsApp, together with your order total, before you pay.
Every order is finished in our Jaipur studio. We confirm the dispatch and delivery date for your pieces on WhatsApp when you order.
We send your courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp the moment your order ships.
We currently deliver within India. For international orders, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can arrange.
Returns & exchange
Unworn pieces with tags attached and in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
Pieces altered or stitched to your measurements, final-sale items, and jewellery or accessories.
Within 2 working days of the piece passing our quality check, to the account you paid from. Banks may take a few more working days to show it.
Fit, fabric & care
Every product page has a size guide with bust, waist and hip measurements. Between sizes? Message us your measurements and we'll recommend one.
We photograph every piece in natural light, but screens vary. If you're unsure about a shade, ask us on WhatsApp for extra photos or a quick video.
Dry clean only. Store folded in a muslin cloth away from direct sunlight, and steam on low rather than ironing directly on embellishment.
